Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare for everyone, concerning the prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of injuries. Promoting optimum levels of movement, injury rehabilitation, occupational and sports specific fitness regardless of age or ability.

Our approach is to firstly listen to you and gain an understanding of your background and the complaint. Then, we assess and diagnose. With an appropriate treatment plan, we work with you to overcome your injury and to address any weaknesses, helping you take control to get back on track and become stronger than you were before. Rehabilitation through exercise is a substantial part of our clinical approach, so be prepared to start moving and get active!

Sports massage is a very popular treatment choice for athletes, sports teams and individuals, it involves the manipulation of soft tissue through various different massage techniques.
Sports massage has many potential benefits including promoting recovery from injury or exercise, alleviate muscular discomfort, improve mobility, manipulation of scar tissue and promote positive psycho-emotional responses.
We offer a range of sports massage appointments including 30, 60 and 90 minute appointments.

The Normatec recovery system is dynamic compression device used widely by professional athletes and teams as an addition to their recovery or rehabilitation process. It works by massaging the limbs with compressed air and uses pressure ranges of 30-110mmHg which are easily controlled by yourself.

Acute deep vein thrombosis
Any severe ischemic vascular conditions (e.g atherosclerosis)
Recent surgery and have stitches/sutures
Acute pulmonary edema
Episodes pulmonary embolism
Extreme deformity of the limbs
Known presence of malignancy in the legs
Certain skin conditions, infections, recent skin grafts
Congestive heart failure
