Cancellation Policy and Booking Terms

Online Bookings

Booking an appointment online requires full payment at the time of booking. You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. There is no charge to rearrange any appointment but we please ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to rearrange your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full and will not be entitled to a refund.

Bookings over the phone

If you call to make a booking you will be asked to pay a £10 deposit over the phone for your appointment. The deposit will be deducted and the outstanding balance will be paid in clinic on the day of your appointment. Your £10 deposit is non-refundable. If your booking over the phone is for a same day appointment you will be asked to make payment in full.

Session Packages

We’re happy to make refunds on unused sports massage packages up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the package and they will be refunded directly via the original method of payment. Should this not be possible for any reason, the refund shall be issued by bank transfer. To request a refund, please email hello@prestonsportsclinic.co.uk.

If you have prepaid for a block booking and fail to attend or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment time, this will invalidate the session and you will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule for this session.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day of purchase for an exchange or refund on non-faulty products. To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as the time of purchase. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact the clinic at hello@prestonsportsclinic.co.uk, please inform us the exact fault as soon as possible.
