The Normatec recovery system is dynamic compression device used widely by professional athletes and teams as an addition to their recovery or rehabilitation process. It works by massaging the limbs with compressed air and uses pressure ranges of 30-110mmHg which are easily controlled by yourself. You simply wear the full length leg sleeves on each leg, select the pressure then sit back and relax!
